Myrtle Lake Resort is conveniently situated on the Arrowhead Snowmobile Trail and award-winning Voyageur Country ATV trails.
With 20 lakes within a ten-mile radius, you'll find exceptional fishing and water activities the whole family will love. Plus, we're just steps away from the stunning Superior National Forest and Voyageurs National Park.

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news as we begin a new season: Erin and Myndi DeFries have joined the Myrtle Lake family as managers. Erin and Myndi bring both local knowledge and genuine Northwoods hospitality to the resort.
Danny and I first met Erin and Myndi when we arrived at Myrtle Lake to fulfill Danny’s dream of ownership of Myrtle Lake Resort. It was clear from the start that they shared our love for this place and the community. Their arrival marks an exciting step forward as we continue to preserve the traditions that make Myrtle Lake Resort so special.
I’ll still be here to welcome guests when we open for the season on May 1, 2026. I am looking forward to seeing returning guests and meeting our new guests.
We are looking ahead with gratitude, optimism, and a renewed commitment to making every stay feel like coming home.

Escape to our cozy North Woods cabins, where relaxation awaits.
Our cabins feature comfortable beds, rustic furniture, satellite TV, air conditioning, heat, and ceiling fans for your comfort in any season.
Kitchens are fully equipped with oven/range, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
Each cabin exterior is outfitted with a picnic table, lawn chairs, and BBQ grill.
Planning for time on Myrtle Lake? Launch your boat on-site. One dock space is included with your cabin reservation!
For those who desire to experience the serene Minnesota wilderness in the comfort of their own camper, Myrtle Lake Resort offers 10 RV campsites.
- 5 full-hookup campsites (water, sewer, and electric)
- 5 lakeside campsites (water and electric)
Each site includes a picnic table and private firepit.
Camping reservations are available for daily, weekly, or seasonal stays.
The Myrtle Lake Bar & Grill is the primary hub of our resort community. Join your local owner and new neighbors here each day for excellent food, full bar services, games and events.
